I had spent so long looking for something—or someone—to help me. I was tired of pushing myself through gruelling workouts, judging myself, and always feeling dissatisfied. I felt disconnected from who I really was. I wasn’t always like this; I loved to move and dance. I just didn’t have time to fit it all in.

Then Ewa taught me that movement can be nurturing and replenishing as long as it’s the right one for you. Now, I no longer feel drained. I look forward to my activities. I know this works because I've created new patterns and habits in my life:

Ewa then introduced affirmations. At first, I was sceptical. But I trusted Ewa. Whenever negative self-doubt crept in, I’d shake it off and say, “I’m alive.” Ewa suggested creating a compliment book—writing down every compliment I received. I was amazed! Within the first week, I couldn’t believe how many compliments I'd actually collected. To this day, when I start to doubt myself, I open the folder and read through each one.

It’s surprising how kind, supportive self-talk can reprogram your brain, release stress, and even lead your body to transform.

It’s not about working hard; it’s about working smart and with your body, not against it. This was my time to reconnect with my true self, to let go of what held me back—both physically and mentally—and create more space for me.
