Shruthy says:

Before Coaching with Ewa…

I struggled with my weight gain. It was getting out of control, and I didn’t know how to manage it.

I didn’t believe in strict diets. I wanted to enjoy my food and still lose weight. I also had mood swings and felt lazy after work. I thought I didn’t have time to exercise because I couldn’t organise my time. I had developed a habit of binge eating, which added to my frustration.

What Shifted

I used to doubt my progress if the scale didn’t budge, and I often sabotaged myself. Ewa helped me shift that mindset and plan my evenings better, so I found time for movement, I just wasn’t using it effectively!

She made me more mindful of the foods that fuel me. I learned to prioritise meals that energise me and keep me active throughout the day. I also discovered the root causes of my cravings, which made me less tempted to binge.

At first, I was sceptical. I didn't see how talking could help me lose weight. But she helped me find the deeper reasons behind my habits. She was patient and encouraging, and always had new, engaging topics for each session. They kept me motivated and interested.

She taught me to slow down, even with small things. Chewing food thoroughly helped me lose weight.
