I gained 15 kilos. I was bloated all the time. My body was retaining water. I felt puffy, heavy, uncomfortable in my skin.

So I did what we're all taught to do: I dieted.

I juiced. I restricted. I drank 8 cups of coffee a day just to function.

And I only got worse.

And I realized: I couldn't remember.

I was living in chronic stress. Fight-or-flight mode, 24/7.

My body wasn't holding onto weight because I was eating too much.

My body was holding onto weight because I was STRESSED.
