  • To answer this question, I have to admit some vulnerable stuff. I look and feel better than ever now, at 37 years old, but it wasn’t always this way. 


    I know what it’s like to try every diet under the sun… and still not see results. In my late teens, I struggled with bulimia-like behaviour. Throughout my 20s, I jumped from diet to diet—low carb, vegan, keto, paleo—you name it, I tried it. And failed. All I got was the frustrating yo-yo effect and a constant feeling of deprivation. 


    In my early 30s, I moved from London to Dubai and partied hard. The extra booze and 8 cups of coffee a day led to more weight gain. On top of that, I was burnt out from work and exhausted from all the dieting and juicing. Despite having a nutrition diploma, I couldn’t lead a healthy lifestyle. I felt completely lost.

    When I inevitably fell off the wagon and started bingeing again, I would crank up the exercise, sometimes to the point of doing Crossfit and HIIT workouts 6 days a week.


    I kept this behaviour secret. I was so ashamed that I could barely admit to myself that I was doing it. I hid how much I hated my body, how much I ate, how much I was torturing myself with exercise and how much it was all killing me.

    Finally, in my mid 30’s, I hit a turning point, a defining moment that changed the course of my health, my career and my life.

    One sunny Dubai day I woke up and I felt exhausted from dieting, constant deprivation, poor sleep, puffy face and water retention. In that moment, something inside me whispered “There’s got to be more for me than this.”

    I made a commitment to figure out how to live without deprivation and I started to immerse myself in absolutely everything that had to do with health, nutrition, mindfulness and personal growth. I read every book I could get my hands on. I went back to school to become a Health Coach. Lo and behold, within less than 1 year, my weight has dropped and I was well on my way to healing & recovery. I focused on creating lasting habits and truly understanding what self-love means. The transformation I experienced was incredible.

    5 years later, I’ve helped hundreds of women create an entirely new relationship with food and their bodies with my Total Body Transformation system.

  • I work with women who struggle with weight gain, managing stress, body image, emotional eating, binge eating and food addiction. They’re ready for a step-by-step system to end the pain and struggle and experience an entirely new relationship to food and body.

  • Most health coaches give you a checklist of what to eat and what not to eat. For women who struggle with disordered eating, if this approach worked, it would have worked already.

    But “Eat this, not that” doesn’t work because disordered eating is not about food, it’s about our inability to cope with the stresses of day-to-day life.

    So first and foremost my coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that my clients can be present with themselves and their lives in a whole new way. I follow that work with step-by-step guidelines around healthy ways to approach eating, exercise and lifestyle.

    Something else that makes me different from other health coaches is that I ONLY work with women who struggle to lose weight for good, struggle with body image, emotional eating, binge eating and food addiction. In other words, I’m not a Jill-of-all-trades health coach. I refer clients who want to gain weight to other coaches.

    What that means for you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the woman who struggles with either weight loss or disordered eating.

    I’ve become an expert at this topic and that’s why my clients get great results that they are thrilled with - and we have a lot of fun along the way!

  • My Total Body Transformation programs were created for women who are absolutely ready and fully committed to having a new relationship to food and body, to ending late night binges and panic about clothes not fitting and compulsively going to the gym to try to manage their weight.

    These programs were created for you to put systems around food and body in place in 30, 60 and 90 days, which will eventually lead you to having an experience of peace and even JOY in your body and with food.

    Consider what you’ll do with me to be a transformational experience where you’re consistently taking action. No more worrying that you’ll never find something that works for you; you’ll open up to a very different way of thinking and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: ending the war with food and body so you can experience a Total Body Transformation.

  • I only have openings for 2 new clients per month in my schedule, so please know I’m very selective about who I work with, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my program and won’t get the results they would have invested in. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)

    The Total Body Transformation system is NOT for those who aren’t ready to commit financially to their transformation, and it is NOT for those who just want a list of “eat this, not that” (because if that worked for my type of client, it would have worked already).

    Another kind of person I won’t work with (without exception) is the whiner or the chronic sceptic, as well as individuals who consistently don’t show up to sessions or make excuses in order to keep putting themselves and their health last on the list of priorities.

    If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not schedule an initial conversation with me and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

    Here’s how we get started:

    • During our initial conversation, you can officially enrol in the Total Body Transformation

    • I’ll walk you through how to make the investment (I accept all major credit cards so processing the investment will be easy)

    • We’ll choose a recurring day of the week and time for your sessions

      • These sessions should be considered a sacred time - they are first priority because YOU are first priority

      • Sessions will occur once per week for 90 days

    • I’ll send you a “Welcome Email” that includes a Coaching Program Agreement (you’ll sign this agreement before our first session)

    Tackling all the above is a lot on our own and often overwhelming to the point that it is easier to stay where we are. Coaching is a process that is facilitated in a specific way so you can be different, without having to think about being different. The first step is raising awareness about what we really desire for ourselves and our lives.
