From Corporate Hustle to Holistic Healing: My Journey
Ewa’s walked the path of overwhelm, stress, and trying every quick fix under the sun. Having lived the “Expat life” for over 20 years, first in London and Dubai, like many, Ewa faced weight gain (um, hello, “Dubai stone”!). And with nearly two decades in the Corporate Marketing world, she also faced burnout and mental struggles. But through various mindfulness practices and coaching, she discovered a healthier way to thrive.
When her mum passed away at just 62, she realised that true wealth is our health—physical, emotional, and mental. That realisation changed everything.
In addition to her corporate career, Ewa has 12 years of experience coaching dance in London and Dubai, as dance has always been Ewa’s passion and saved her life.
Throughout her dance coaching career, women often turned to Ewa for guidance on weight loss - but she wanted to go deeper—beyond calorie counting—to understand the mental and emotional aspects of lasting transformation. That’s why she studied to become a Holistic Transformation Coach.
Clients tell her that she creates a safe space for them to share - and have fun whilst doing it! Her approach combines science-backed strategies with heart-led coaching to help you create a life that feels as good as it looks.

Coaching vs Nutritionist/Dietitian
Unlike a Nutritionist, I'm not about prescribing a diet (I personally cringe at the word "diet"). Nutrition is just one of the pillars we’ll cover in my signature one-to-one 12-week Body Transformation Programme. By working with me you’ll discover which foods give you energy and which foods take it away - without deprivation or quick-fixes, so you get long-term results.
What about Coaching vs Therapy?
“Coaching picks up where therapy stops.” Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasises psychopathology, emotions and the past to understand the present.
