About Ewa

Ewa Golan is a Holistic Health Coach, Habits for Longevity Mentor and Stress-Relief Expert. 


My mission is to help corporate women transform their habits, feel healthier and happier in their bodies in a sustainable way, without denying the things they love, so they can face the world confidently, minimise stressors and maximise their long-term health.

After a two-decade corporate career, Ewa decided it was time to leave the fast-paced world of marketing and tech behind and pursue her passion - helping professional women LOVE their body and life, without deprivation or dieting, with accountability and understanding of the challenges and obstacles of modern metropolitan life. Over the past decade, Ewa helped more than 300 women boost their body confidence, in a fun and sustainable way.

Having lived the “Expat life” for over 20 years, first in London and Dubai, like many, Ewa faced weight gain (um, hello, “Dubai stone”!), burnout and mental struggles. But through various mindfulness practices and coaching, she discovered a healthier way to thrive and, eventually, found her “Zen in the City”!

Ewa’s had the pleasure of collaborating with renowned brands like Atlantis The Royal, Dubai Active Show, Fitbit, and Dubai Fitness Challenge.

Most recently, Ewa faced a profound loss when her mother passed away from liver and heart disease. This tragedy deepened her commitment to holistic living and inspired her to become a Holistic Health Coach.

Through her signature Total Body Transformation 12-Week Intensive Programme, Ewa offers one-to-one coaching designed to help women achieve their desired body and lifestyle without restrictive diets, in an easy and sustainable way. The reason her clients get great results with this programme is because they’re consistently considering how this all fits in together - with family, friends, holidays, even parties! In her spare time, you’ll find her meditating at sunrise, lifting weights, enjoying beach sunsets and bubbles or sharing her health tips with her loyal social media audience.

Coaching vs Nutritionist/Dietitian

Unlike a Nutritionist, I'm not about prescribing a diet (I personally cringe at the word "diet"). Nutrition is just one of the pillars we’ll cover in my signature one-to-one 12-week Body Transformation Programme. By working with me you’ll discover which foods give you energy and which foods take it away - without deprivation or quick-fixes, so you get long-term results.

What about Coaching vs Therapy?

“Coaching picks up where therapy stops.” Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasises psychopathology, emotions and the past to understand the present.
