Christina says:

Before Coaching with Ewa…

I was filled with anxiety about becoming a first-time mum. I had intrusive thoughts and often felt overwhelmed. That mental load led me to skip workouts, reach for comfort foods, and emotionally eat.

I knew I needed to do better - not just for me, but for my baby. But I didn’t know how to manage the cravings, the exhaustion, or how to stay consistent with self-care.

What Shifted

Ewa helped me build a beautiful rhythm of healthy habits.

I started my day with lemon water and nourishing breakfasts that gave me slow-releasing energy. Her meal planning tips changed everything - I prepped meals in containers, which helped me avoid Deliveroo when I didn’t feel like cooking.

We used the Magic Plate formula and mindful chewing techniques, which helped me balance my meals and even reduced my pregnancy heartburn.

I also began working out regularly again - Pilates, stretching, movement - it helped me prepare my body for labour.
