Before Coaching with Ewa…
I struggled to identify my limiting habits. They were stopping me from becoming my best self. I didn’t prioritise my needs and was an emotional eater. I used to be a regular at the gym, but I lost the motivation to go again.
What Shifted
Ewa taught me that being present could help a lot. Paying attention to my body was key. She showed me tools to make small, consistent changes. Those small actions became new habits. They let me focus on what is best for me and my body.
