Before Coaching with Ewa…

I had spent years stuck in a cycle of extreme diets and rigid routines, always chasing a “better” body but never feeling at home in my own skin.

I was disconnected from myself, overwhelmed by perfectionism, and constantly pushing without pause. No matter what I tried, it never felt sustainable or nourishing.
