Ange says:

Before Coaching with Ewa…

I struggled to find time for myself. I had spent so long looking for something - or someone - to help me. I was tired of pushing myself through gruelling workouts, judging myself, and always feeling dissatisfied. I felt disconnected from who I really was. I wasn’t always like this; I loved to move and dance. I just didn’t have time to fit it all in.

What Shifted

Ewa taught me that movement can be nurturing and replenishing as long as it’s the right one for you. Now, I no longer feel drained. I look forward to my activities. I know this works because I've created new patterns and habits in my life, including: 10,000 steps, Meditation, Sauna, Gratitude and Breathwork. My joy in movement has been restored.
