I'm Ewa Golan - a Certified Holistic Health & Life Coach.

I’ve coached hundreds of women across the globe, from busy executives to burnt-out mums, guiding them to sustainable, embodied change. My background in corporate life gives me a deep understanding of the pressures my clients face, while my lived experience brings empathy, relatability, and grounded insight. This work isn’t just theory - I’ve lived it.

Lately I've been diving deeper into, reading, and becoming pretty much obsessed with women's hormonal health - specifically how to fast and work out in harmony with our hormones for weight loss, optimal health, and longevity without disease. (This applies whether your cycle is regular, irregular, or you're in perimenopause.)
